Based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, we offer chartered bus transportation to popular destinations in the United States, along with other travel related trips, such as cruises and resorts! Day trips leave on Saturday morning and return Saturday night.
Red eye trips leave on Friday night. We will travel throughout the night as you sleep on the bus. We will make a few stops along the way for you to stretch/smoke/use the restroom (there is a restroom onboard the bus). We will arrive in the city on Saturday morning. You are free to tour the city however you wish. We will board the bus Saturday night to travel throughout the night back to Indy. Stops will be made along the way.
Disclaimer: All money is nonrefundable; however, it is transferable. If we are waitlisted, we will help you find someone to purchase your seat. If we are not waitlisted, you are more than welcome to find someone to purchase your seat. If by chance, Indy Travel Club cancels a trip, all money will be promptly refunded.

If you like Halloween, you’ll love this trip to Sleepy Hollow! Almost every business and shop will be decorated for your enjoyment. Be sure to see the Sleepy Hollow Statue, town sign, town clock, fire station and of course the cemetery. This is the trip you do not want to miss!
We continue the Halloween fun with a red eye bus trip to Boston and Salem. You will debark the bus in Boston and take the ferry over to Salem if you’re brave enough to go or stay in Boston and live it up! If you love Halloween, you will definitely love Salem. If you choose to tour Boston, make sure to partake in some fresh seafood!
We quickly move from Halloween to Christmas on this day trip to the Bavarian style town of Frankenmuth. You can’t help but catch the spirit of Christmas in this town with its small town, Bavaria heritage. Bring the kids and enjoy larger than life waterparks or stroll for hours through the world’s largest Christmas store. No grinches allowed!

Nearing the end of our Christmas trips, is our last trip to New York City for 2025. On this trip you’ll enjoy seeing the city lit up with Christmas lights. Enjoy a hot chocolate in Bryant Park, or go ice skating in Rockefeller Center (don’t forget to get your picture taken in front of the tree!). Catch a last minute Broadway show or better yet see the Rockettes in person (a personal favorite!). It will be cold so bring your mittens!
What a wonderful way to end the 2025 Indy Travel Club season. Join us for this amazing trip to Savannah Georgia to see this Hallmark-like town decorated for Christmas festivities. It’s been said to be one of the most charming cities in the United States. You’ll find no shortage of holiday cheer in this majestic town. No scrooges allowed!
The price covers the round-trip transportation on a deluxe motor coach bus as well as tips for the driver (although please feel free to tip them on your own as well!).
We leave this up to the parents. You know your children better than we do. If they like to travel and travel well, they are invited. Children are the same price as adults (prices are per seat).
We don’t have a cut off date to reserve seats for any of our trips. We sell until all the seats are sold out. Keep in mind seats tend to go very fast so the sooner you can reserve the better!
Also buses have some type of charging capability (USB or 2 prong). Please be prepared and bring both types of chargers. Additionally, we highly recommend bringing a battery pack for your phone.
